This is a no-touch freight account. Load can be 1 to 5 stops with a possible backhaul back into the distribution center. Valid CDL-A plus 3+ months of Class A CDL experience required This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees. Drivers on this fleet average 1,700 miles per week Freight originates at the Walmart Distribution Center in Shafter, CA with deliveries to various locations throughout CA and NV Home Time: 34-hour reset weekly Shifts for this fleet start between 3PM-9PM hours Linehaul drivers are typically off 34-48 hrs per week with the possibility of getting home mid-week Band Pay based on experience Stop Pay Sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions pulling 53-ft dry van and reefer trailers Trucks will need to park at the Shafter Walmart DC Driver Requirements: Valid Class A CDL 21 Years of age or older 3 months of or more of recent Class A CDL experience Transportation to commute to work Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, Life and AD&D Insurance PTO 401(k) Additional voluntary benefits For additional details, including eligibility, please see the Company’s Benefit Summary and Driver Employee Policy Manual.
