What You'll Do

Financial Planning Excellence

Help continuously improve financial planning standards, processes, and best practices across areas such as:

• Retirement Planning
• Tax Planning Strategies
• Roth Conversion Analysis
• Estate Planning
• Charitable Planning
• Investment Planning
• Business Owner Planning
• Multigenerational Wealth Planning

Build a Scalable Planning Organization

Help improve and enhance:

• Planning workflows
• Capacity and efficiency
• Planning technology
• AI and automation
• Planning templates and deliverables
• Quality-control standards
• Advanced planning consultation

Develop Great Planners

Help build and lead the MidCoast Planning Academy by developing:

• Lead Advisors
• Associate Advisors
• Paraplanners
• Interns
• Tax Professionals

Wealth + Tax Integration

You'll help strengthen collaboration between our Wealth and Tax teams to improve client outcomes and create a truly integrated planning experience.

Qualifications

• CFP® certification required
• Significant experience serving mass affluent and high net worth clients
• Deep expertise in comprehensive financial planning
• Strong understanding of tax planning strategies
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or developing other professionals
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience building systems and processes
• Collaborative leadership style
• Experience working alongside CPAs, attorneys, and other professional advisors is highly valued.
