About the Role As a Customer Care Consultant at Service Minds, you’ll be the voice of our brand and a vital part of our call center team. This role is based at our Bradenton office. Tech Savvy: Comfort with using computers, typing, and learning new software quickly. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and accuracy in handling customer inquiries and data.
