About the Role

The Senior Project Manager will oversee construction projects from start to finish, managing schedules, budgets, estimating, procurement, subcontractors, field teams, documentation, safety, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from planning through completion

• Manage budgets, forecasting, estimating, and change orders

• Develop schedules, labor plans, and resource strategies

• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, procurement, and document control

• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and financial performance

• Resolve constructability issues and project challenges

• Conduct project meetings, site visits, and status reporting

• Travel xhyhwjd to regional jobsites as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

• Strong construction project management and estimating experience

• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications

• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

• Familiarity with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, takeoff software, and related tools preferred

Ability to travel as needed
