About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer to join its executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic vision, leadership, and oversight of all human resources functions. This role requires a collaborative, strategic, and emotionally intelligent executive who can champion a positive workplace culture and serve as a trusted advisor to various stakeholders, including executive leadership, managers, employees, labor partners, and the Board of Directors. The Chief Human Resources Officer will be at the forefront of the company's mission to connect communities to opportunity, with a focus on the diverse and transit-dependent population it serves. Applicants for the Chief Human Resources Officer position at the company must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 8 years' of progressively responsible human resources experience, including at least 4 years' in a management or supervisory role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resource management, industrial psychology, public administration, or a related field, and will be adept at handling the full spectrum of HR functions. This includes but is not limited to talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and labor relations. The role is pivotal in ensuring that the company's workforce is aligned with its mission and values, and that it is equipped to meet the needs of the communities it serves.
