Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting sales growth through product knowledge, quotations, order management, and customer relationship development. This role serves as a primary point of contact for contractors, builders, homeowners, and commercial customers by assisting with product selection, pricing, order processing, and project support. Working closely with Outside Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Delivery teams, the Inside Sales Representative ensures customer orders are completed accurately and efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections

Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives

Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams

Provide support to Outside Sales team

Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services

Previous front-line customer service and sales experience

Industry experience with construction or building materials a plus

Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus

Ability to effectively communicate and follow-up with customers, vendors, team members, and management

Eagerness and ability to learn and retain vast amounts of product information
