You’ll collaborate with business partners and control managers to ensure documents meet compliance standards, are easily accessible, and support operational excellence. Your work will help maintain audit readiness and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Job ResponsibilitiesManage and prioritize a queue of business-as-usual (BAU) change requests for procedure documentsLead the annual attestation and review process for published documents, ensuring compliance and audit readinessApply prescribed templates and style guidelines to maintain consistency and clarity across documentationConvert procedures to active voice, incorporate numbered lists and if-then tables for improved usabilityIdentify and integrate relevant keywords to optimize document searchabilityAnalyze and recommend procedural changes, document updates, and alternative methods to address process gapsSecure authorized approvals and finalize documents for publication, ensuring compliance standards are metConduct quality assurance checks and peer reviews to ensure procedural accuracy and adherence to guidelinesSupport document posting and update generation using publishing applications and document management systemsFacilitate communications regarding procedural changes, including drafting communications and preparing presentationsOrganize and lead monthly meetings with business partners and control managers to discuss trends and process improvementsRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills3+ years of procedure writing/editing experience, including reformatting detailed procedural documentsBA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in financial services and procedure writing/editingStrong project management skills, with experience overseeing annual review schedules and managing multiple projectsProven client relations and presentation skills, including facilitating meetings and supporting procedural communicationsIn-depth knowledge of financial services operations, regulatory, and compliance environmentsAdvanced editing skills, including converting procedures to active voice and applying external style guidesProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, and publishing/document management systemsPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsExperience conducting quality assurance checks, peer reviews, and compliance checklistsAbility to analyze, recommend, and document procedures, identify process gaps, and suggest alternative methodsStrong facilitation skills and ability to work with diverse, global teamsMeticulous attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills, and adaptabilityPositive team player with enthusiasm and a sense of urgencyLLM proficiency**To be eligible for this role, you must be authorized to work in the United States.
