- Conduct mechanical and electrical testing and inspection/verification to defined specifications for new and existing products, raw material, warranty returns and calibration.
- Provide test reports with recommendations for improvement. Participate in simple test fixture construction for material, product or process analysis.
- Perform audits on piece parts, sub-assemblies or completed products.
- Participate in activities within AS9100, ISO and Lean Manufacturing methodologies for problem prevention, identification of corrective actions, and verify solutions.
- Maintain data collection, entry, or reporting to assure product conformance, process capability, or equipment calibration.
- Set-up and operate a variety of mechanical or electronic measuring equipment, provide support for special processes.
- Minimum of three years relevant quality experience.
- Must have knowledge of inspection techniques and blueprint reading.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be J Standard certified or acquire certification.
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

- High school diploma or GED equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in electrical or manufacturing assembly or specialized training preferred.
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
