Location: McLean VA (Onsite-Hybrid Model)

Duration: 6-12 Month | Extension possible

Job Description:

• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
• Must have JSON & ADVANCE EXCEL experience
• Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Responsible for analysis, research, data collection and formatting of the down payment assistance program data into a program detail template.
• Knowledge of affordable lending, down payment assistance programs, mortgage industry and mortgage data.
• Knowledge of advance excel (macros etc.), Visual Basic and JIRA preferred.
• Experience working in a QC/QA environment for data review.
• Relationship management with DPA providers to facilitate program maintenance and data updates.
• Ability to co-lead review meetings with DPA providers of their mapped DPA programs in DPA One to ensure data quality, accuracy and completeness of the information.
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think critically about current state and future state process impacts.
• Ability to work independently towards deadlines and program mapping goals.
• Strong verbal and written skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders.
