- 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Data Analysis.
- Strong SQL proficiency.
- Mortgage domain experience (mandatory).
- Knowledge of ETL pipelines, data warehouses, and data marts.
- Experience executing Python scripts and working with log files.
- Ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work in fast-paced Agile environments using Jira.
- Strong adaptability and ability to learn business operations quickly.
