Daymark Health is seeking a Director of Recruiting to own the talent strategy as we scale from ~50 to 150–200 employees and expand into new markets. You will build and lead a small, high-caliber recruiting team, starting with a Clinical Recruiter and coordinator, while remaining deeply hands-on yourself. You will partner with our Senior Manager of People Operations and executive team on workforce planning and strategy, translate market launch timelines into hiring plans, and personally run our #J-18808-Ljbffr Daymark Health
