Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Active NP license in the state of Kentucky.
• Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent).
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
