Drivers can earn $80,000 to $98,500+ annually and may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $7,500 , depending on experience. Every route offers the opportunity to earn competitive pay, provide outstanding service, and be part of a team that's been moving America forward for more than 130 years.\n \n \nWhy Join McLane?\n \n \n McLane Lockbourne drivers earn $80,000 to $98,500+. \n Sign-on bonus: Up to $7,500, depending on experience. \n Customer-assisted deliveries using liftgates and pallet jacks. \n Schedule: 3rd shift, 5-day dispatch, Monday-Friday. \n Mix of home daily and 2-day routes. \n Pay structure: hourly, miles, stops, and cases. \n Day 1 benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA, and company-paid life insurance. \n Paid holidays, earn vacation time, and sick leave accrual from day one. \n 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days. \n Additional benefits: pet insurance, maternity/paternity leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and more! \n \n What you'll do as a CDL-A Delivery Driver: \n \n \nAs a McLane CDL-A Delivery Driver, you'll safely deliver products that keep America's restaurants, retailers, and convenience stores stocked and running every day.\n \n \n Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report indicating condition. \n Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off-hour delivery. \n Drive tractor-trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicle on the road and on customer premises. \n Maintain driver log according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures, and exceptions. \n Unload trailer and deliver product into customer premises. \n Other duties as assigned. \n \n \nQualifications you'll bring as a CDL-A Teammate:\n \n \n At least 21 years of age. \n Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A). \n At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience. \n Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications. \n This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
