Assembly Food Worker

Join our Commissary team as an Assembly Line Worker and play a key role in preparing fresh, high-quality meals in our Bushwick, Brooklyn kitchen. The Role This is a fast-paced, team-oriented position at the heart of our daily production. You’ll work on the assembly line preparing and packaging menu items with consistency, care, and attention to detail to ensure every product meets Proper Food standards. Key Responsibilities Assemble and package food items accurately and efficiently according to recipes and production standards Maintain consistency in portioning, labeling, and presentation Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality guidelines at all times Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift Assist with basic prep tasks as needed Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations Schedule Five days a week, Sunday - Tuesday from 12pm-8:30pm; Wednesday-Thursday open availability required.
