Deployment Specialist

Managing end-to-end standardized client deployments, the fully remote Deployment Specialist I will coordinate project plans, maintain timelines, and ensure successful go-live execution while communicating with clients and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities Lead and manage deployment project plans from initiation through go-live, ensuring successful execution Develop and maintain detailed deployment timelines, milestones, and deliverables to align with client expectations Coordinate client deployment activities, including scheduling, data collection, and system configuration requirements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or 1-3 years of relevant experience Demonstrated ability to manage structured project plans and implementation activities Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines Experience coordinating cross-functional tasks and deliverables Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
