• Assist in generating leads and building a robust client base through proactive outreach and networking.
• Work closely with experienced agents to learn the intricacies of real estate transactions from start to finish.
• Engage with potential buyers and sellers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously enhance your real estate knowledge and skills.
• Manage and update client information in our CRM system to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
• Coordinate property showings, open houses, and other client-facing activities to facilitate successful transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to develop marketing strategies that effectively promote listings and services in the Pueblo area.

• Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build rapport with clients.
• Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced real estate environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or the ability to quickly learn new software tools.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team to develop and implement marketing strategies for listings and services in Pueblo, CO.
