Aligned Talent Acquisition is always looking to connect with attorneys experienced in transportation litigation, trucking defense, and commercial vehicle accident litigation .

I work primarily with Am Law 50, 100, and 200 firms , but I also frequently partner with small and midsize firms, respected regional firms, and sophisticated boutiques across multiple markets.

Experience That May Be a Fit

Defending trucking companies, transportation providers, commercial carriers, and insured businesses .
Handling commercial vehicle accidents, catastrophic injury claims, and wrongful death litigation.
Working with accident reconstruction specialists and other expert witnesses.
Managing discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Advising on litigation strategy, liability exposure, and settlement considerations.

Not currently practicing at an Am Law firm? I'd still love to hear from you! Experience from regional and specialized transportation defense firms is valuable.
