As our company continues to grow, we're looking for an exceptional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our award-winning team and help us serve homeowners throughout the Toledo area.

Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunities Available

Pay: $33,000 - $40,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)

???? $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming customer calls professionally, courteously, and enthusiastically.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call.
• Manage multiple phone lines in a fast-paced office environment.
• Schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments.
• Coordinate technician schedules efficiently.
• Communicate with homeowners to help identify their comfort needs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and appointment information.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and follow-up communications.
• Support technicians and office staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Educate customers about maintenance plans, services, and promotions.
• Participate in a reasonable rotating on-call schedule for evenings and weekends.

• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused.
• An excellent communicator with outstanding phone etiquette.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer proficient and willing to learn new software.
• Reliable, dependable, and a true team player.
• Experienced in customer service, dispatching, scheduling, or call center operations (preferred but not required).
• Ready to build a long-term career with a growing company.
