Position Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunities Available

- Answer incoming customer calls professionally, courteously, and enthusiastically.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call.
- Manage multiple phone lines in a fast-paced office environment.
- Schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments.
- Coordinate technician schedules efficiently.
- Communicate with homeowners to help identify their comfort needs.
- Maintain accurate customer records and appointment information.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and follow-up communications.
- Support technicians and office staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Educate customers about maintenance plans, services, and promotions.
- Participate in a reasonable rotating on-call schedule for evenings and weekends.
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused.
- An excellent communicator with outstanding phone etiquette.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer proficient and willing to learn new software.
- Reliable, dependable, and a true team player.
- Experienced in customer service, dispatching, scheduling, or call center operations (preferred but not required).
