WE PAY FOR YOUR TRAINING! This position is for residential and commercial fire and water clean-up and restoration. Job assignments include but are not limited to specialty mitigation services, light demolition, water extraction, carpet and upholstery cleaning, mold abatement, vandalism clean-up, fire and smoke damage mitigation, content move-outs and pack ins, and content cleaning. Starts at $18- 22 per hour and that is negotiable based on experience.Benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision along with other supplementary plansMatched 401KGenerous PTORequirements:Good communication skills.Valid Drivers LicenseReliable transportationAbility to travel out of townAble to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.Pass background check and drug screenPrevious restoration experience is a plus.Responsibilities:Drive a company vehicle to locations designated by customers.Execute all work to meet or exceed applicable federal, state and local regulations and company and customer quality standards while providing world-class customer service.Keep a clean and neat jobsite at all times leaving a first-class impression of our work.Become proficient in fire and water restoration, as well as mold abatement.Respond to water jobs and initiate water mitigation according to IICRC and ServiceMaster standards.Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely fashion, above the line, professionally and with empathy including participation in "On-Call rotation" which involves some nights and weekend assignments.Perform other duties as required.
