Entry-Level Marketing Coordinator

Syracuse Events is looking for an ambitious, organized, and outgoing Entry-Level Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, event coordination, communications, customer engagement, and business development . No previous marketing experience is required—we provide paid training, mentorship, and professional development. What You'll Do Assist with planning and coordinating marketing campaigns and promotional events Support event logistics, setup, organization, and execution Assist with customer engagement and community outreach initiatives Communicate directly with customers and event attendees Help create positive and memorable experiences at events Support promotional materials and marketing initiatives Coordinate with team members to ensure campaigns and events run smoothly Track daily campaign activity and communicate results to management Participate in ongoing marketing, communication, and leadership training Assist the team in achieving campaign and event goals What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Organized and detail-oriented Outgoing and confident communicating with others Motivated and eager to learn Professional, dependable, and positive Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Coachable and open to feedback Able to work independently while contributing to a team Interested in building a long-term career in marketing and events Experience in marketing, communications, hospitality, customer service, retail, public relations, events, or sales is a plus, but not required .
