Role Overview

We are seeking a mission driven, versatile Marketing Assistant to support content delivery, community management, event asset creation, and partnership outreach across our digital ecosystem.

In this seat, you will serve as the operational engine for our marketing team—executing and scheduling deliverables across Email (HubSpot), Social Media (Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Dirt World), and online community hubs (Circle). Combining visual production skills in Canva with sharp copyediting instincts, you will build event slides, design workshop workbooks, manage active social media comments with a 24-hour response SLA, leverage AI-assisted workflows, and execute outbound coordination for podcast guests and external keynote opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Production & Multi-Channel Scheduling

• Master Calendar Execution: Produce, format, and schedule recurring marketing deliverables in strict accordance with the master marketing calendar across Email (HubSpot), Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Dirt World, and Circle.

• Proofreading & Copyediting: Review and edit marketing copy, social captions, email blasts, and event collateral to ensure flawless grammar, brand alignment, and consistency with company mission and core values.

• AI-Assisted Workflow Execution: Responsibly leverage established AI productivity tools to accelerate content drafting, research, and asset formatting—vetting and refining all AI outputs prior to publication.

2. Community Management & Social Engagement

• Active Account Management: Oversee daily social media posting, channel activity, and community engagement across all active social profiles and our dedicated Circle platform.

• SLA Engagement Tracking: Monitor and respond to audience comments, direct messages, and community posts within a strict 24-hour response SLA to drive active brand engagement.

3. Event, Workshop & Community Collateral Support

• Collateral Design: Create, format, and adapt event and educational assets—including slide decks, workshop workbooks, training guides, and promotional graphics using Canva and presentation platforms.

• Launch & Event Alignment: Coordinate asset delivery for upcoming webinars, workshops, community events, and product announcements to ensure all materials meet high brand standards.

4. Podcast Guest & Partnership Outreach

• Podcast Guest Coordination: Research, pitch, and coordinate guest scheduling for the company podcast—managing outreach communications and tracking booking statuses.

• Keynote & Partnership Outbound: Execute outbound communications to secure external keynote speaking engagements, strategic partnerships, and co-marketing opportunities—logging follow-ups and performance results in Asana/HubSpot.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Marketing & Content Operations Track Record: 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing support, content operations, social media coordination, or community management.

• Platform & Tech Stack Literacy: Familiarity with email platforms (HubSpot), project management tools (Asana), community hubs (Circle), social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram), and design tools (Canva).

• Proofreading & Brand Voice Command: Exceptional written English proofreading and editing skills, with meticulous attention to detail, brand voice alignment, and formatting rules.

• Community Engagement Instincts: Proven ability to engage thoughtfully with online communities and social media followers, maintaining professional communication and quick response times.

• Outreach & Pipeline Coordination: Experience conducting polite, persistent outbound outreach for podcast guests, event speakers, or business development partnerships.

• AI Workflow Literacy: Comfort utilizing AI productivity platforms responsibly to streamline research and content generation while applying human quality control.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity or prior experience working within specialized online communities or niche industry networks (e.g., Circle, Dirt World, WhatsApp groups).

• Hands-on experience maintaining multi-channel marketing calendars inside project management software.
