Job Description And Duties Under the general direction of the Supervisor I, the incumbent will provide support to the operation of the Property Tax Postponement (PTP) Program Duties Performed: Perform intake duties for PTP applications, which includes stamping applications, matching documents, data entry of accounts in various databases, and preparing file folders. Perform intake duties for general mail, which includes stamping, scanning, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and preparing, tracking, and delivering outgoing mail. Provide general clerical support, which includes copying documents, filing account folders, and faxing confidential documents. Communicate both orally and in writing to questions from representatives, tax collectors, and the general public regarding the PTP program.
