Sheet Metal / Mechanical / Construction Office
Pay: $22–$29 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Approximately 30 hours per week, with potential to grow into full-time as the company grows.

We’re a small mechanical contracting company looking for a friendly, organized, computer-savvy person to help keep our office running smoothly. We need someone who learns quickly, takes initiative, and provides excellent customer service.

What you’ll do:

• Create and send invoices daily and follow up on unpaid balances. 
• Schedule and coordinate our three-person field crew to keep their workdays productive. 
• Answer calls, respond promptly to emails, and help turn customer inquiries into scheduled work. 
• Assist with timecards and basic payroll through QuickBooks or a payroll service. 
• Help with ordering, office organization, and day-to-day support for the owner. 

What we’re looking for:
Someone reliable and resourceful who follows tasks through to completion without constant reminders. You should be comfortable learning software and using tools—including AI—to work more efficiently.

QuickBooks, scheduling, or construction-office experience is helpful, but strong computer skills, a willingness to learn, and excellent follow-through matter most.
