Job Description We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our Distribution Center team in Chino, CA. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors while providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Job Title: Receptionist Location: Chino, CA Pay Rate: $20.00/hr Schedule: Monday Friday, 8: 00 AM 5: 00 PM Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and messages
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming office environment
- Assist with scheduling, data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain accurate records and update information as needed
- Communicate with internal departments and support daily DC operations
- Provide general clerical support to management and office staff
- Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
