Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to reflect the unique needs of each client.

• Provide therapeutic services, which may include individual therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy in various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Trauma-Informed Care.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate the progress of clients to adjust treatment as needed to ensure optimal outcomes and satisfaction.

• Document clinical interactions promptly, ensuring compliance with all legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and community resources to create a cohesive and holistic approach to client care.

• Engage in continuous professional development through team meetings, case consultations, and training opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve represent a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences. You will engage with individuals struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, and trauma. Your role is to provide culturally responsive care that acknowledges and respects each client's historical and personal context, ultimately fostering an environment where healing and growth can occur.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential in the State of Tennessee is mandatory.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience post-licensure is preferred; however, newly licensed professionals who demonstrate strong clinical skills and a passion for making a significant impact are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for creating trusting relationships with clients.

• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team-oriented atmosphere is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
