Job Description We are seeking a Level 2 IT Support Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for hardware and software support, mobility support, and some network support. This employee will sit onsite in Wilmington, DE Monday through Friday from 8AM-5PM supporting end users in person. Hardware and Network Support: Provisioning devices, imaging laptops, and handling hardware up to network troubleshooting (e.g., connectivity issues with network or VPN). Mobility Support: Managing Apple devices (iPhones and iPads) using Intune for Mobile Device Management (MDM). Software Support: Strong experience with O365 - Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc. Ticketing System: Utilizing ServiceNow for managing support tickets.
