Work-life balance here isn't a slogan; it's how we operate.What You'll DoExecute high-quality carpentry across residential, commercial, and aviation projectsHandle both structural work (framing) and finish carpentry (trim, doors, cabinetry)Read blueprints and follow detailed construction plansCollaborate with a tight-knit team to deliver results that exceed client expectationsRepresent Silver Maple's reputation for craftsmanship in every client interactionWhat You BringStrong general carpentry skills, with experience in framing and structural workSkill in finish carpentry — trim, doors, and cabinetry installationProficiency with hand tools and safe use of power toolsCommitment to jobsite safety (OSHA and company guidelines)Reliability, punctuality, and a team-first attitudePhysical ability to lift, stand, and work in varied conditionsValid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sitesPrevious residential or commercial construction experience preferredWhat We Offer$27–$36/hour, paid weekly, based on your skills and experience15 days paid time off plus 7 paid holidaysComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchingCommuter bonus and mileage reimbursementNo resume required — come meet us.
