We're partnering with a fast-growing, AI-native fintech company that is transforming a large, complex financial services market. Their platform leverages advanced AI to automate workflows, improve operational efficiency, and enable customers to scale rapidly.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to take full ownership of a product area end-to-end. This is a highly hands-on, builder-focused role - ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to shape products from the ground up.

You'll work closely with engineering, design, and customers to define, build, and iterate on high-impact products.

What You'll Do

• Own a product area end-to-end: discovery, roadmap, delivery, and iteration
• Engage directly with customers to identify pain points and opportunities
• Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and technical direction
• Prototype and validate ideas using AI-driven tools
• Partner closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality solutions quickly
• Define success metrics and iterate based on outcomes
• Collaborate with commercial teams to support product positioning and customer adoption

What We're Looking For

• 5–10 years of experience in Product Management or closely related roles
• Proven experience building and launching 0?1 products in a startup or growth-stage environment
• Strong technical fluency - comfortable working closely with engineers and discussing architecture
• Experience with B2B SaaS products
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
