Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal (English/Spanish) - Bethesda, MD or Annandale, VA - ONSITE A growing litigation-focused law firm in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area is seeking a Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal (English/Spanish) to join its team. The firm handles a diverse mix of matters including Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, DWI/DUI, Real Estate, Entertainment, and Corporate & Business Representation. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys while managing assigned cases from inception through resolution. The ideal candidate will be accountable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of efficiently handling multiple priorities in a busy legal environment. Responsibilities: Support attorneys with day-to-day case management and legal support Manage a high-volume caseload and maintain accurate case files Serve as a point of contact for English-speaking and Spanish-speaking clients Translate and interpret communications, documents, and client interactions as needed Draft correspondence, legal documents, and case-related materials Obtain and organize records, documents, and supporting evidence Schedule client meetings, court appearances, and case-related appointments Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of all case requirementsMaintain detailed case notes and update file management systems Collaborate closely with attorneys and support staff to advance client matters efficiently Requirements: Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required Paralegal experience within a law firm environment preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Self-motivated, accountable, and highly detail-oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently while supporting a team-oriented environment Strong client service and relationship-building abilities Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume legal practice Familiarity with FileVine is a plus Locations: Bethesda, MD or Annandale, VA Schedule: Fully onsite Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break Compensation: Competitive base salary + benefits Benefits: Health and dental contribution, accrued PTO, and 401(k) matching after one year of service The firm has established a strong reputation throughout the D.C. metro area for handling significant and complex legal matters across multiple practice areas.
