Job Title IT Field Support Technician Job Family Student Regular Wage, Student Work Study Department Information Technology Supervisor Lauren Pendragon Job Description Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of computer hardware and software. This position provides on-site support for faculty and staff but may also include answering phone calls and emails. Responsibilities Installation of computer hardware and software. Maintenance and support of computer hardware and software. On-site support for faculty and staff. Answering phone calls and emails. Qualifications Computer support experience/knowledge. Prior customer service experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to carry up to 25 lbs. for short distances. Candidates without computer experience will not be considered for this position. Pay Rate $10.00 Scheduled Hours 10 hours per week Start Date 08/25/2025 End Date 05/29/2026 #J-18808-Ljbffr
