Modular Kitchen Specialist

Tu misión va a ser: Ofrecer soluciones completas a los/as clientes para amueblar y decorar viviendas y espacios comerciales, respondiendo y ajustándose a sus necesidades, logrando posicionar la marca IKEA como referente en el mercado. Tus funciones: Elaborar propuestas de diseño que se ajusten a las necesidades de los/as clientes. Organizar las visitas a las viviendas u oficinas de los/as clientes/as para realizar las mediciones de los espacios. Realizar un pre-recorrido por la tienda IKEA para conocer las necesidades de los/as clientes/as y sus gustos, facilitando con ello la realización de los diseños. Presentar y validar las propuestas de los diseños con los/as clientes en la tienda IKEA, velando por la correcta cumplimentación, custodia y verificación de la documentación y firmas de diseño, subiéndolos a CRM. Facturar los servicios de diseño a los clientes, y si fuera necesario, de montaje y transporte. Atender y resolver aquellas incidencias reportadas por los/as clientes/as que afecten al diseño que han realizado. Conocer y estar actualizado/a con el surtido IKEA para ofrecer las mejores soluciones a los/as clientes/as. Participar activamente en las reuniones del área/departamento, especialmente en los roll call. Dar apoyo al área de cocinas, cuando sea necesario. Realizar prospecciones de mercado y buscar nuevos/as clientes/as. Qué buscamos en ti: Experiencia de al menos 6 meses en puestos similares. Habilidad para crear propuestas de diseño ajustadas a las necesidades del cliente. Conocimiento en mobiliario, decoración y visualización de espacios.
