ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency has grown from its original location in 2018 to include a second office in 2022, with a team of eight across both locations. Before becoming an agent, I spent 20 years in claims, including five years as a Director of Claims, bringing deep industry experience and leadership into the agency.

I’ve been married for 20 years and have five kids. I love spending time outdoors, especially camping, and have a background in baseball, playing at both Texas Tech and Oregon State. We’re highly involved in the community, hosting annual petting farms, serving on the Board of Directors for Safety Net (supporting youth aging out of foster care), sponsoring golf tournaments for first responders and military mental health initiatives, and partnering with local elementary schools.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with James Bowman - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
