Financial Specialist

The School Financial Specialist helps ensure the financial health of Roncalli Catholic Schools by maintaining accurate financial records, supporting enrollment initiatives, managing tuition-related processes, and serving as an Authorized Designee for the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP). The big picture This role combines accounting support, student billing, enrollment assistance, and Choice Program administration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and stewardship of school resources. What you'll do Administer WPCP processes, documentation, communication, and reporting. Support financial and enrollment audits. Manage tuition, extended care billing, and student fee collection. Administer tuition assistance programs. Assist with enrollment management efforts. Promote and support WPCP enrollment. Provide administrative support and complete other duties as assigned. What you bring Associate degree in accounting, business, or related field, or 2+ years of relevant experience. Knowledge of accounting, recordkeeping, and office procedures. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to perform accurate financial and mathematical calculations. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with computers and office software. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
