Property Manager

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to support a contract assignment. This role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented and can oversee daily property operations while maintaining strong compliance standards in regulated housing environments. The position requires hands-on knowledge of tax credit programs and HUD guidelines, along with the ability to balance resident relations, property performance, and administrative accuracy. This is a Contract position.Responsibilities:• Direct day-to-day operations for the assigned property, ensuring the community is well maintained, responsive to resident needs, and operating efficiently.• Administer leasing, occupancy, and resident file activities in alignment with tax credit requirements and HUD regulations.• Monitor rent collections, delinquencies, and property-level financial activity while helping maintain accurate records and reporting.• Coordinate maintenance and vendor services to support safe, clean, and functional residential or mixed-use spaces.• Conduct property inspections and address operational issues promptly to preserve compliance and overall asset condition.• Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, resolving concerns effectively and promoting a positive living environment.• Prepare and maintain documentation related to certifications, recertifications, audits, and other compliance-related reviews.• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to support property goals, occupancy targets, and regulatory standards.
