Junior Account Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• B2B Client Coordination: Serve as a dedicated on-site coordinator for corporate clients, answering inquiries and managing account logistics.
• Market Analysis & Upselling: Analyze existing business accounts to identify operational gaps and present complementary services or upgrades.
• Contract & Order Support: Review client contracts, process corporate documentation, and coordinate with logistics teams to guarantee seamless service delivery.
• Team Collaboration: Partner directly with the senior Business Development Managers to prep client data, quotes, and pricing sheets for upcoming contract renewals.

Qualifications & Skills
