Position Summary We are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead cross-functional projects in new product development, operational excellence for manufacturing, or capital projects for manufacturing in the consumer or industrial products or pharmaceutical industries. Key Responsibilities Lead projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and decision-making sessions Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders Ensure project documentation is maintained and updated throughout the project lifecycle Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project management processes and practices Foster collaboration, accountability, and high performance among project team members Support change management and organizational readiness efforts related to project deliverables Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations or a related field 6-10 years of experience with a minimum of 4 years of project management experience leading medium-to-large-scale projects Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices Experience managing project scope, budgets, schedules, resources, and stakeholder expectations Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office applications Why IPM Diverse projects : we take on a wide variety of project work, ensuring significant exposure to a variety of clients and a broad range of opportunities to grow your professional experience Collaborative work environment: we have a well-structured system to bring support from managers, internal teams, and our Centers of Excellence (CoE), which serve as resources and SME’s for specific services and industry knowledge, tools, and best practices Family with engaging culture : we believe in protecting our greatest asset, our people, with a culture that nurtures a caring environment with a transparent communication approach, culture-building and team-building events, both regional and companywide Professional development : we're committed to your training and development.
