Commercial Contracts Attorney — In-House Counsel (Cincinnati)
A national multi-billion dollar organization is building out its in-house legal function and seeking an experienced attorney to lead commercial contract strategy and execution.
What You'll Do
As a trusted member of the legal team, you'll take ownership of the full contract lifecycle—from initial drafting through final execution and review. You'll partner with business leaders across the organization, providing timely legal counsel and strategic guidance on commercial matters. This is substantive, high-impact work with genuine influence over business decisions.
About
- Minimum 2+ years of professional legal experience in corporate law, real estate, or contract management
- Licensed to practice law in Ohio (or eligible for in-house counsel admission)
- Must have experience with construction matters
