Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; manage IV therapy and related procedures within scope. Perform wound care, dressing changes, and routine skilled nursing procedures; monitor for signs of infection or deterioration. Monitor vitals, interpret data, respond promptly to changes in patient status, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to update care plans. Document accurately in the electronic medical record; ensure safe discharge planning and patient-family communication.
