Position Overview A highly skilled legal associate is sought for integration into a robust transactional and financial services practice group. The incumbent attorney will be integral to the negotiation and documentation of sophisticated credit facilities , inclusive of asset-based lending agreements and complex commercial real estate financing arrangements. A substantial component of the role will consist of rendering advice to clientele regarding financial distress scenarios , encompassing corporate restructuring, workouts, and insolvency proceedings , primarily from a creditor's viewpoint. Furthermore, the associate is expected to furnish critical support on ancillary corporate matters, such as mergers and acquisitions and commercial property transactions.
