Assistant Operations Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Residential Operations Manager to support daily HVAC operations, team training, and technical service. This role works closely with the Residential Operations Manager, Dispatcher, Service Technicians, and Installers to improve team performance, provide technical guidance, and ensure quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily operations, administration, and team coordination.
Develop and implement training programs for technicians and installers.
Coach team members on HVAC troubleshooting, diagnostics, and best practices.
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
Support technicians with technical questions and field troubleshooting.
Communicate with customers regarding system issues, repairs, and recommendations.
Maintain accurate service documentation and follow safety and HVAC code requirements.
Participate in an on-call rotation and ongoing technical training.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC repair and installation experience.
EPA 608 Type II certification.
Strong HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to coach, train, and support team members.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders up to 30 feet.
