As a RAISE Partner, you will join our RAISE Leadership Academy. This is a two and half year, in-house practical executive leadership experience, that will change a person’s life. This is unique to Chick‑fil‑A Madison Avenue in Sacramento and this program cannot be found at any other restaurant. This is a premier leadership opportunity that will help challenge and inspire the growth of an individual’s internal and external leadership skills. In the first phase, a RAISE Partner will start in the trenches and learn every position in the entire restaurant. In Phase 2, you will start leading a team. In Phase 3, you will lead a department of the store and you will be able to influence each part of Chick‑fil‑A from a financial prospective, building your business acumen. In Phase 4, you will be preparing and learning how to make yourself competitive for your next, future opportunity.
