They act as the central point of communication between teams, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring smooth project execution. Job Responsibilities Defining Objectives : Establish clear, attainable project goals and deliverables Planning : Creating detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation Team Management : Coordinating and motivating team members to achieve project milestones Risk Management : Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies Communication : Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment Monitoring Progress : Tracking project performance and adjusting as needed Delivering Results : Ensuring the project is completed on time and meets quality standards and client expectations Travel within the state to various job sites as necessary Job Qualifications Life Safety experience and a NICET Level II Certification in water-based systems layout is preferred but not required 3 years of previous construction Project Management experience Degree in Construction Management is preferred Possess a valid driver's license; in accordance with Company policy Willing to travel within the state to perform work which may include overnight trips. Must pass a post-offer drug test and background check, if applicable Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
