Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service professional to help with a 3 month project. You will be responsible for coordinating bus schedules for transportation.

Basic computer skills
Typing accurately at a rate of 40-50 words per minute
Outbound and inbound call center experience
Must have experience writing a business e-mail
Strong phone etiquette
Ability to multitask
Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work independently in a shared work environment
