Registered Nurse - Emergency Room - Per Diem

Position Overview: The Per Dıem Registered Nurse provides safe, compassionate, and effective care in emergency settings, utilizing the nursing process to develop and evaluate patient care plans. They lead and collaborate with healthcare team members, guiding unlicensed personnel and ensuring high-quality, safe patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Deliver patient-centered emergency care independently Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes Supervise and guide unlicensed staff in care delivery Maintain effective communication for continuity of care Promote safety and enhance patient experience Qualifications & Skills: Current IL RN license; graduate of an NLN-accredited school (BSN preferred) Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications At least two years of recent acute care ER experience, including telemetry competence Emergency Department experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Live Well Homecare
