Position Per Diem Registered Nurse in Emergency Room, providing safe, effective, and compassionate care within a specific unit. Responsibilities Independently deliver patient care, utilize the nursing process for planning and evaluating, supervise unlicensed personnel, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes. Qualifications Current IL nursing license, graduate of an NLN-accredited program (BSN preferred), BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, active NIHSS certification, and at least two years of recent acute care ER experience with telemetry competence. Skills Strong clinical skills in emergency care, telemetry proficiency, effective communication, and teamwork.
