SUMMARY Mortenson is hiring an Equipment Solutions Manager-Civil to supportour growing Structured Cabling Group. This role partners withotherEquipment Solutions Managers to provide leadership and projectassistance. Location: Minneapolis, MN (in office 5 days/week) RESPONSIBILITIES Managing and organizing owned equipment, storage, and toolingrelated to the Structured Cabling and DAS industry Equipment planning and scheduling with internal project teams, equipment solutions teams, and 3 rd  party vendors Large inventory management Financial forecasting and budgeting Rental software contract management Equipmentlogisticsplanning Vendor relations Understanding of construction equipment maintenance, opportunities,constraintsand requirements Establish improved efficiencies and process improvement plans for warehouse and equipment yard using 5S strategies Lead department initiatives to include development,trainingand support Manage a team of craft and non-craft team members Support innovation by encouraging new process development Interior and exterior responsibilitiesrequired Travel expectation50% QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degreeand 6+ years ofexperience in construction, equipmentrental,and/or project managementor 10+ years equivalent professional trade experience Structured cabling or electrical technology experience Demonstrated knowledge ofconstruction equipment and materials Familiarity with basic maintenance/service schedules Effective communication both verbal and written Ability to multitask and prioritize based on workload Strong organizational skills Strong customer service skills Strong computer skills Valid US Driver’s License with clean driving record Ability to travel 50% 1+yearof direct team leadership and management experience (preferred) Experience with budget planning and financial oversight(preferred) A few benefits offered include: (for Non-Craft & Non-Union Craft working 25+ hours / week) Medical and prescription drug plans that includes no additional cost vision coverage Dental plan 401k retirement plan with a generous Mortenson match Paid time off, holidays, and other paid leaves Employer paid Life, AD&D, and disability insurance No-Cost mental health tool and concierge with extensive work-life resources Tuition reimbursement Adoption Assistance Gym Membership Discount Program The base pay range for this role is $109,300 - $164,000. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan. Please make note: Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.
