Start Date: October 5, 2026
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 36-hour orientation followed by standard shifts; weekend coverage required; may float to units of similar acuity

Highlights:

• 40-bed inpatient postpartum unit providing family-centered care to mothers and newborns
• Couplet care environment with daily census of approximately 60 patients
• EPIC electronic medical record system with telemetry interpretation required
• Care for postpartum patients following vaginal and cesarean deliveries, healthy newborns, and NAS infants
• Interdisciplinary team support including IV teams, physical therapy, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Up to two pre-approved time off periods available

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of postpartum nursing experience required
• Current BLS and NRP certifications required
• IV start skills and labor & delivery (L&D) experience required
• EPIC electronic medical record experience required
• Must pass EKG exam prior to start date (telemetry interpretation required)
• Valid RN license (compact or Ohio state license) in hand at time of submission
• Nursing degree from ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only); COVID-19 vaccine not required
• Must provide 2 professional references (at least one from manager/director or formal leadership)
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
