Assistant Machine Operator

We are looking for skilled and motivated corrugated professionals who have experience working in a corrugated packaging facility. What You’ll Do Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Set up and operate either Rotary Die Cutter or Flexo Folder Gluers in the production of corrugated boxes. Inspect and monitor production runs, ensuring products meet the highest quality standards. Maximize machine uptime and productivity. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime. What You’ll Bring At least 6 months of experience operating corrugated industry equipment. Strong understanding of equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Prioritize safety in all aspects of work. Strong quality mindset, ensuring quality expectations are met and waste is minimized. Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve production goals.
