Evening Shift Production Associate

Role Overview Seeking a Production Associate responsible for assembling windows using tools and automated equipment, including drilling, measuring, cutting, and operating saws. The role requires clear communication skills in English, both oral and written, to follow instructions and collaborate with team members. Crosstraining across multiple departments is encouraged to add variety and increase earning potential. Key Responsibilities Assemble products based on visual and written instructions. Operate tools and automated machinery safely and effectively. Work closely with supervisors to troubleshoot mechanical or material issues. Read instructions on screens to retrieve and deliver parts. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Strong communication skills. Ability to perform physical tasks in a clean, climate-controlled environment.
