Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene. Help with mobility, transfers, and walking assistance. Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed. Perform light housekeeping and laundry. Provide medication reminders. Offer companionship and emotional support. Assist with shopping, errands, and transportation when appropriate. Help clients maintain a safe, comfortable, and independent lifestyle. HHA Requirements Massachusetts Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred. Previous experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) is a plus but not required. Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude. Reliable transportation preferred. Ability to pass a background check. Excellent communication and caregiving skills.
